Job summary

Essent Group Ltd. in Coraopolis, PA is seeking a Title Policy Specialist to review title documents and ensure policy issuance meets underwriting standards. You will validate vesting, endorsements and property descriptions, and collaborate with teams to maintain accurate records and SLAs.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in title insurance and working knowledge of title commitments and RamQuest. A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, and the role is fully on-site in a fast-paced

Responsibilities

Review title commitments, closing disclosures, and related documents to ensure underwriting and policy issuance standards.
Validate vesting, title insurance amounts, endorsements, and satisfaction of title requirements before policy issuance.
Examine recorded documents for accuracy and proper recording order, ensuring SLA compliance.
Prepare, review and issue title insurance policies and related paperwork timely and accurately.
Research and process policy corrections and reissuance requests within established turnaround times.
