Infinity Title Agency is seeking a Post-Closing & Funding Specialist to join our Post-Closing and Funding Department in Independence or Green, Ohio. This role is the financial backbone of the closing process, ensuring files are prepared, funded, disbursed, and recorded accurately and on time.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Comfort working with numbers, funding figures, and financial documentation.
• Clear, professional communication and a collaborative, service-first mindset.
• Initiative, accountability, and pride in doing accurate work.
• Bank experience is a plus.
• Escrow experience is a plus.
• Experience with Qualia is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare files for closing, reviewing documents and figures for accuracy and completeness.
• Fund and disburse transactions, including wires and checks, and confirm receipt and availability of funds.
• Balance and reconcile files, and satisfy lender funding conditions before disbursement.
• Record documents with the appropriate county offices and track recordings through completion.
• Submit final packages to lenders and underwriters.
• Reconcile escrow/trust accounts and support accurate, compliant handling of funds.
• Partner with escrow officers and processors to keep transactions moving smoothly from closing through post-closing.
