Job summary

The Leona Group is seeking a paraprofessional to provide supplemental instructional support to eligible students within Title I programs. You will work under the Title I and General Education teachers, delivering interventions in small groups or individually and assisting with progress monitoring.

Key tasks include administering assessments, documenting student progress, supporting family communication, maintaining confidentiality, and collaborating with RTI or data teams to improve student

Qualifications

• Experience in supporting students and communicating with parents.
• Ability to assist in reading, writing, and mathematics instruction as appropriate.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to classroom needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver interventions to students in small groups or one-on-one settings.
• Report outcomes of interventions to teachers and maintain daily progress reports.
• Administer assessments and screeners to guide interventions and progress monitoring.
• Assist with eligibility determination for Title I programs and exits from Title I.
• Attend conferences as needed to support teacher communication with parents.
• Maintain confidentiality of student records and logs per guidelines.
• Communicate with Title I and General Education teachers about progress and concerns.
• Participate in school teams (RTI/data/PBS) as needed.
• Support classroom behavior management and a safe learning environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
