Job summary

Isaac School District is seeking a Title I Paraprofessional to provide instructional support under the supervision of a qualified teacher. This role focuses on supporting reading and math mastery for students in Title I programs.

The position is 1.0 FTE (8 hours per day) with duties that avoid non-instructional tasks and emphasize direct student support and data collection. Requires strong organization and communication.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in collecting and compiling student scores and records in the Title I program.
• Assisting in planning lessons and activities for smaller groups or individuals.
• Tutoring and assisting students individually or in small groups to master reading and math concepts.
• Discussing duties with classroom teachers to coordinate instructional efforts.
• Observing students' performance and recording progress data; assisting with i-Ready progress monitoring.
• Performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Contributing to a safe and positive learning environment by prioritizing student well-being and maintaining cooperative relationships.
• Reporting any concerns regarding student safety or district policies.
• Participating in in-services, workshops, or conferences as directed.
