Job summary

The Leona Group is seeking a paraprofessional to provide supplemental instructional support for eligible students in Michigan. You will deliver interventions alongside the Title I Teacher and General Education Teacher, maintain records, and assist in parent communication.

Qualifications include at least two years of college or an associate degree, readiness to learn, and experience supporting reading, writing, and mathematics. Collaboration with teachers and RTI teams is expected.

Qualifications

• Evidence of successful experience in student and parent relations.
• Proven ability in instructional support, tutoring or teaching.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to needs.
• Knowledge of reading, writing, and mathematics as appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructional interventions to eligible students under teacher guidance.
• Report outcomes and maintain daily student outcome records.
• Assist in progress-monitoring and eligibility determinations for Title I.
• Help communicate with parents and support teachers in meetings.
• Maintain confidential student records and logs as required.
