Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred and valid Texas teaching certificate.
• Knowledge of structured literacy and evidence-based practices.
• Experience coaching and leading professional development.
• Ability to analyze data to guide instruction and interventions.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead weekly planning with grade teams to shape content and interventions.
• Coach teachers, provide feedback, and model lessons for improvement.
• Support TEKS-aligned lesson design with district curriculum and literacy practices.
• Observe instruction and provide timely feedback on strengths/areas for growth.
• Mentor new teachers and facilitate district-wide professional development.
• Use data to guide instructional focus and ESS/MTSS strategies.
