Job description

Title Examiner needed in our Cypress Creek office. The Title Examiner is responsible for the review of title commitment reports and the supporting documentation. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual who is dedicated to accuracy in work product as well as efficiency in work completion. Applicants should have a minimum of two to five years of Foreclosure Title Examination experience. Are you a Title Examiner looking for a new opportunity? Your Title Examiner Duties And Responsibilities

• Review the title report along with supporting documentation to identify any potential title issues
• Perform any necessary research and due diligence in order to confirm or eliminate any title issues
• Preparation of title information sheet
• Build file in case management system including the legal description, necessary counts which may be required to correct title issues and input defendant information into case management system
• Review of GAP/updated title reports and supporting documentation
• Preparation of GAP review sheet
