Job summary

Associa seeks a detail-oriented Processor to support the closing team by preparing, organizing, and tracking files for timely real estate transactions. This full-time, in-office role is based in Dallas, with no remote option.

You will review contracts and title documents, gather information, coordinate with clients, lenders, and agents, and maintain precise records to ensure smooth closings. Prior title/escrow experience is preferred, along with outstanding organizational and communication

Qualifications

• Prior experience in title, escrow, mortgage, or real estate processing preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple files at once.
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Open and organize new files accurately and promptly.
• Review contracts, title commitments, lender instructions, and related documents for completeness.
• Gather and verify information needed for the closing process.
• Communicate with clients, lenders, real estate agents, and internal team members as needed.
• Prepare file updates, checklists, and supporting documentation for escrow officers and closers.
• Follow up on outstanding items to help keep files moving toward closing.
• Maintain accurate records and provide administrative support throughout the transaction.
• Ensure all files are handled in accordance with company procedures and deadlines.
