Responsibilities

• Assist REALTORS, lenders, attorneys, and clients in resolving title issues.
• Read and understand a title insurance commitment.
• Prepare closing documents to complete real estate transactions.
• Work with lenders in preparing Closing Disclosures and Settlement Statements.
• Facilitate escrow closings on behalf of the company.
• Disburse settlement packages through completion.
