Job summary

First Title Services seeks a Title Processor to handle escrow transactions in Plano, Texas. The ideal candidate will manage closing documents, ensure accuracy, and disburse loan proceeds. A minimum of 3 years of escrow/title closing experience is required, along with strong organizational skills and familiarity with closing documents.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of escrow/title closing experience including CD prep and balance.
• Familiarity with closing documents and ability to explain to customers.
• Common knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Completes real estate escrow transactions by determining requirements and clearing titles.
• Orders title reports and resolves title defects.
• Prepares CD by utilizing lender instructions.
• Balances and disburses loan proceeds upon approval from lender.
