Job summary

Associa seeks a detail-oriented Processor to support the closing team by preparing, organizing, and tracking files for timely real estate transactions. This full-time, in-office role is based in Dallas, with no remote option.

You will review contracts and title documents, gather information, coordinate with clients, lenders, and agents, and maintain precise records to ensure smooth closings. Prior title/escrow experience is preferred, along with outstanding organizational and communication

Qualifications

Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Processor to join Platinum Partner Title company. This role is responsible for supporting the closing team by preparing, organizing, and tracking files to help ensure smooth and timely transactions. This position is a full-time, in-office position. Remote or hybrid work is not available.
