You will reassign titles from trade-ins and vehicle purchases, manage lien payoffs, and coordinate with lenders and state agencies to ensure accurate, compliant documentation.

This full-time on-site role requires attention to detail, timely processing, and strong collaboration with the funding team, while offering customer pickup or mailing

• Reassign titles from trade-ins and vehicle purchases.
• Manage lien payoffs and issue purchase checks for vehicle acquisitions.
• Notify customers when license plates are ready, offering pick-up or mailing options.
• Communicate with lenders and state agencies to resolve possible title issues.
• Verify all documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Support the accounting and funding team with other duties as assigned.
