Goodson Acura in Dallas is seeking an experienced Automotive Title Clerk to join our growing team. You will manage title work for new and used vehicles, prepare tax and title documents, and submit transfers to the DMV, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

The role requires handling out-of-state titles, maintaining title work lists, and coordinating with the Assistant Controller on schedules. This on-site position offers growth and a family-owned culture that values internal promotion.

Qualifications

• 3 Years Previous Automotive Title Clerk Experience Required

Responsibilities

• Process All New and Used Vehicles for Registration In The State In Which They Will Be Titled.
• Prepare Tax and Title Documents.
• Submit All Legal Transfer Work To The Department Of Motor Vehicles.
• Maintain A System To Verify Out-Of-State Titles.
• Compile and Maintains A Complete List Of All Outstanding Title Work.
• Sign Over Titles for All Wholesalers Who Have Paid In Full.
• Stay Abreast Of Title Regulations.
• Maintain Schedules with Weekly Updates to the Assistant Controller
• Courtesy Deliveries
• Loaner Registration
