Responsibilities

• Process vehicle titles and registrations for new and used vehicles.
• Submit title documents to the appropriate state agencies in a timely manner.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of documents for title processing.
• Maintain an organized filing system for title documents.
• Collaborate with sales and finance to gather and process documents.
• Address and resolve any title-related issues or discrepancies.
• Prepare and submit sales tax and registration payments to authorities.
• Assist customers with title inquiries and provide excellent service.
• Stay updated on changes in title regulations and procedures.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Location: Rockwall, TX (On site) | Type: Full Time | Pay Rate: $21/hr - $23/hr | Schedule: Monday - Friday

What You'll Do

• Process vehicle titles and registrations for new and used vehicles, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Submit title documents to the appropriate state agencies in a timely manner.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of all documents required for title processing.
• Maintain an organized filing system for title documents, ensuring records are up-to-date and easily accessible.
• Collaborate with the sales team and finance department to ensure all necessary documents are collected and processed efficiently.
• Address and resolve any title-related issues or discrepancies.
• Prepare and submit sales tax and registration payments to the appropriate authorities.
• Assist customers with title inquiries, providing excellent customer service and support.
• Stay updated on changes in title regulations and procedures to ensure compliance.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the Office Manager or Controller.

What You'll Need

• Previous experience as a Title Clerk or in a similar administrative role within a dealership environment is highly preferred.
