Job summary

Freedom Mortgage is seeking an Analyst, Title Svc II – Servicing Operations Support to file title policy insurance claims and resolve title issues identified in reports. You will evaluate property reports and title policies to identify lien and conveyance problems and coordinate with counsel and underwriters on resolution paths.

The role requires strong MS Office skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to interpret complex legal documents, regulations, and guidelines to support

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Bachelor’s degree or certificate preferred.
• Two to four years of related experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret legal documents and title policies.

Responsibilities

• Aid peers with review and analysis of complex title issues to determine steps for resolution.
• Review title issues denoted in property reports.
• Abstract and verify property records using vendor databases and online services.
• Obtain and compile documents required to file title claim.
• Maintain portfolio of title issues and detailed records of claim resolution or settlement.
• Escalate issues involving potential loss of lien priority or other risks.
