Job summary

World Business Lenders is seeking a Title Operations Analyst Lead to manage a team of Analysts reviewing title reports and resolving title issues to keep loan closings on track. You will collaborate with Production, Processing, Closing, Underwriting, and Asset Resolution to meet SLAs and ensure collateral is clear.

A four-year degree is required, with at least one year in title-related real estate, lending, or mortgage environments, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in lending or mortgage environments, particularly processing or closing.
• At least one year of title-related real estate experience.
• Minimum one year of customer support experience.
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Ability to navigate internal CRM/databases.
• Excellent English fluency in written and spoken form.
• Must have your own computer/laptop for remote work.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Analysts to review title reports and resolve title issues per policy and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Production, Processing, Closing, Underwriting, and Asset Resolution to ensure timely workflow.
• Oversee the Title pipeline and meet SLAs, managing title clearance progress.
• Identify and resolve title issues such as liens, judgments, and unclear ownership delaying closings.
• Prepare affidavits and request payoffs to clear encumbrances on property titles.
• Ensure documentation is accurate and compliant with legal standards.
• Work with Processing to obtain documents needed to meet conditions or clear title.
• Handle other projects to support title operations and team efficiency.
