Job summary

World Business Lenders, LLC. is seeking a Title Operations Lead to manage a team of analysts reviewing real estate title reports and resolving issues to secure loan collateral.

You will coordinate with Production, Processing, Closing, Underwriting, and Asset Resolution to ensure timely title clearance and SLA adherence. The role requires experience in lending or mortgage environments with title exposure, strong organization, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in lending or mortgage processing/closing preferred.
• Minimum one year of title-related real estate experience desirable.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Analysts to review property title reports and resolve title issues according to policies.
• Collaborate with Production, Processing, Closing, Underwriting, and Asset Resolution for timely title clearance.
• Oversee title pipeline and meet SLAs, managing bottlenecks and clearance progress.
• Identify title issues such as liens or unclear ownership delaying closings.
• Prepare affidavits and payoffs to clear liens on property titles.
• Ensure documentation is accurate and compliant with legal standards.
• Coordinate with Processing to obtain necessary documents for conditions or clearance.
