Job summary

Dealer Tire, a family-owned, international distributor of tires and parts, is hiring Tire Sales Specialists to join 550+ sales professionals nationwide. You will join a premium automotive dealership to engage customers, recommend tires, and close sales.

Base pay is $28.34–$30.85/hour with a targeted annual commission of $13,200, plus guaranteed onboarding commission, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) match up to 7% for a consistent 40-hour work week.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in a goal-driven, customer-facing environment.
• Automotive experience preferred.
• Proven ability to hit or exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Basic computer skills (order systems, CRM tools).

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and sell tires on the service drive.
• Perform quick visual inspections.
• Identify needs and confidently recommend solutions.
• Provide pricing and close sales.
• Build relationships with customers and dealership teams.
• Support store operations (inventory, reporting, etc.).
