Job summary

Training is provided, and a stable, 40-hour work week supports a strong earnings potential. Base pay is $28.34-$30.85 per hour with annual commissions and a comprehensive benefits package, including 50% 401(k) match, PTO, and medical/dental/vision coverage.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in a goal-driven, customer-facing environment.
• Automotive experience preferred.
• Proven ability to hit or exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Basic computer skills (order systems, CRM tools).

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and sell tires on the service drive.
• Perform quick visual inspections.
• Identify needs and confidently recommend solutions.
• Provide pricing and close sales.
• Build relationships with customers and dealership teams.
• Support store operations (inventory, reporting, etc.).
