Dealer Tire, LLC is hiring a Tire Sales Specialist to engage customers on the service drive, recommend solutions, and close tire sales at a premium automotive dealership. You will perform quick inspections, provide pricing, and build strong dealership relationships.

The role offers a stable, 40-hour work week with base pay of $28.34–$30.85/hour plus a targeted annual commission of $13,200 and onboarding commission. Automotive experience and strong communication boost success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in a goal-driven, customer-facing environment.
• Automotive experience preferred.
• Proven ability to hit or exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Basic computer skills (order systems, CRM tools)

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and sell tires on the service drive.
