Job summary

Dealer Tire LLC, a family-owned, international distributor of tires and parts, is hiring Tire Sales Specialists to join premium automotive dealerships. You’ll engage customers, upsell tires on the service drive, and perform quick inspections, building lasting relationships while achieving sales targets.

Base pay is $28.34–$30.85 per hour with a targeted annual commission of $13,200, guaranteed during onboarding (up to 2 months), and a consistent 40-hour work week.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in a goal-driven, customer-facing environment. Automotive experience preferred.
• Proven ability to hit or exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Basic computer skills (order systems, CRM tools).

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and sell tires on the service drive.
• Perform quick visual inspections.
• Identify needs and confidently recommend solutions.
• Provide pricing and close sales.
• Build relationships with customers and dealership teams.
