Job summary

Dealer Tire is seeking a Tire Sales Specialist to join our premium automotive dealership team. You will act as the tire sales expert, engaging customers, building rapport, and closing sales on the service drive.

The role offers a stable, higher-earning environment with a consistent 40-hour week, a base pay rate of $28.34–$30.85 per hour, and a targeted annual commission of $13,200. Comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Proven ability to hit or exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Basic computer skills (order systems, CRM tools).

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and sell tires on the service drive.
• Perform quick visual inspections and identify needs.
• Provide pricing and close sales.
• Build relationships with customers and dealership teams.
• Support store operations (inventory, reporting, etc.).
• Operate as tire sales expert for the customer at the dealership.
