Dealer Tire, a family-owned, international distributor of tires and parts, is seeking a Sales Specialist for a premium automotive dealership. You will engage customers, identify needs, and close tire sales, after training, with a stable 40-hour schedule.

The role offers base pay of $28.34-$30.85/hour, a target annual commission of $13,200, onboarding commission, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, plus a 50% 401(k) match up to 7%. Career growth is emphasized.

Formación

• 2+ years of sales experience in a goal-driven, customer-facing environment.
• Proven ability to hit or exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Basic computer skills (order systems, CRM tools).
