Pomp's Tire Service in Wichita Heights, KS, is seeking a Tire Sales and Service Office Administrator to join our team. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, guiding them through the tire purchasing process and ensuring a smooth store experience.

This role handles phone calls, invoicing, inventory support, showroom upkeep, and daily operations under the guidance of the store manager. We value customer service, reliability, and a willingness to grow with a locally trusted,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience is required.
• Knowledge of tire services preferred.
• Basic computer skills are necessary.
• Sales or National Accounts experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly, and up to 75 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls efficiently, ensuring a seamless communication experience.
• Provide accurate and helpful information to callers regarding products and services.
• Guide customers in selecting the right tires based on their needs and preferences.
• Provide expert recommendations on available services and products.
• Assist with inventory management to ensure accurate stock levels.
• Process invoices efficiently and accurately.
• Manage the distribution of incoming mail and packages.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager to support daily operations.
