Job summary

Pomp's Tire Service in Montana is seeking a Tire Sales Manager to lead a team of sales professionals and drive revenue through both new and existing customers. The role focuses on managing daily operations, delivering tailored product recommendations, and developing a results-driven sales strategy to grow market share in the tire service business.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in management, strong tire sales knowledge, and excellent interpersonal skills; MaddenCo experience is a plus,

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of management experience.
• 5+ years tire sales and service preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of tire sales and service practices.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage customers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; MaddenCo experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License and ability to pass pre-employment driving record.

• Develop and maintain product knowledge to deliver accurate information.
• Achieve established sales goals and objectives.
• Oversee staff management, including hiring, training, and disciplinary actions.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services to deliver accurate information to customers
• Achieve established sales goals and objectives
• Conduct regular inventory assessments to ensure stock levels are maintained
• Assess customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations, offering hands-on explanations when necessary
• Analyze customer issues and collaborate to find effective solutions
• Oversee staff management, including hiring, training, and handling disciplinary actions as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

What You Need:

• Valid Driver's License and ability to pass pre-employment driver's file
• A minimum of 3 years of management experience required
• Strongly preferred: 5+ years of experience in tire sales and service
• In-depth knowledge of tire sales and service practices required
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with others
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with MaddenCo is preferred
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
