Job summary

Big O Tires Store - Blue Springs is seeking Sales Consultants to deliver fast, friendly customer service and promote tire products and services. You will handle transactions, explain benefits, and support day-to-day store operations, including opening/closing duties and inventory.

The role requires 18+ years, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. MFA Oil values safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willingness to learn and use technical materials.
• Able to operate a computer and basic office equipment.
• Must meet pre-employment screenings and legal work authorization in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly customer service in the store.
• Explain product benefits and promote sales and promotions.
• Process sales transactions accurately and handle cash
• Inspect vehicles and discuss maintenance needs with customers.
• Support store operations including opening/closing, inventory, and merchandising.
• Maintain clean, safe store environment and proper stock levels.
