Job summary

MFA Petroleum Company is seeking a Sales Consultant for a Big O Tires franchise in Missouri. You will provide accurate customer service, promote tire-related products, and handle sales transactions. Training and a team environment are emphasized.

Responsibilities include maintaining store standards, assisting with inventory, and supporting store leadership in achieving sales goals. A valid driver’s license and the ability to work holidays and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to learn new concepts and use technical materials.
• Able to operate a computer and basic office equipment.
• Strong verbal communication and sales skills.
• Able to perform basic math and handle cash.
• Have a valid driver's license.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide fast, friendly service.
• Handle complaints courteously per company policy.
• Promote products and services and use suggestive selling.
• Prepare sales documents and record tire sales.
• Process sales transactions accurately and report discrepancies.
• Maintain store appearance and assist with opening/closing tasks.
• Support inventory control and merchandising.
• Train new employees as needed.
