Job summary

MFA Petroleum Company is seeking a Big O Tires Sales Consultant to deliver fast, friendly customer service and promote products and services at our Missouri/Kansas City location.

You will handle transactions, assist with opening/closing tasks, inventory, and reporting while maintaining store appearance and safety. Must be 18+, have a valid license, and work flexible hours including holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to learn new concepts and use technical materials.
• Ability to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Sales abilities.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations including making change.
• Valid driver's license.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Monitor customer service area and host waiting customers, providing fast and friendly service.
• Handle complaints courteously and efficiently per company policy.
• Inspect vehicles and review maintenance requirements to promote needed products and services.
• Promote sales through explaining benefits, promotions, and suggestive selling.
• Prepare sales documentation such as warranties and service agreements.
• Conduct efficient sales transactions and report discrepancies.
• Assist store manager in meeting company expectations and protect assets.
