Job summary

MFA Petroleum Company, operating a Big O Tires franchise in Missouri, seeks a Sales Consultant to deliver accurate customer service and drive tire and maintenance sales. You will educate customers, process paperwork, and support store operations while upholding company standards.

Role requires strong communication, basic math, and a valid driver’s license, with availability for varied hours and ongoing training. Passion for customer care is essential.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to learn new concepts and use technical materials.
• Ability to operate a computer and basic office tools.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Sales abilities and customer service aptitude.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Valid driver's license.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Monitor customer service area and host waiting customers with fast and friendly service.
• Handle complaints courteously per company policy.
• Inspect vehicles and review maintenance requirements with customers and management.
• Promote products and services using up-sell techniques.
• Prepare warranties, service agreements, and tire sales paperwork.
• Conduct sales transactions accurately and report discrepancies to supervisor.
• Support store operations including opening/closing tasks, inventory, and merchandising.
• Clean and maintain store facilities and safekeep tools and equipment.
• Safely operate customer vehicles in service areas.
• Assist in training new employees and complete required training.
