Job summary

MFA Petroleum Company, via its Big O Tires franchise, seeks Sales Consultants in Missouri to deliver friendly customer service, educate customers on maintenance, and promote tires and services. You will handle warranties and service agreements, perform sales transactions, and support store operations in a fast-paced retail setting.

Ideal candidates are 18+, able to learn and use technology, have a valid driver's license, and can meet pre-employment screenings.

Qualifications

18 years of age or older.
Ability to learn new concepts and use technical materials.
Ability to operate a computer and office productivity machines.
Strong verbal communication skills.
Sales abilities.
Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and make change.
Valid driver's license.
Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Monitor customer service area and host waiting customers, providing fast and friendly service.
Handle complaints courteously and efficiently per company policy.
Inspect vehicles and review maintenance requirements with customers.
Promote sales through explaining benefits and promotions.
Prepare warranties, service agreements, and record tire sales.
Process sales transactions and report discrepancies.
Assist in opening/closing tasks, inventory, and merchandising.
Safely operate customer vehicles and assist training of new employees.
Adhere to PPE and safety regulations and company policies.
