$18.00/hr - $25.00/hr

Position Summary

As a Tire & Battery Center Technician, you will work to provide safe and efficient service in both the sales and service areas of the department, delivering more of what members love, for less. You will collaborate with other associates to meet the club's expectations.

What you'll do

1. Be a Team Member: Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests, educate on tools and resources, mentor new technicians, and communicate effectively to provide safe and efficient customer service.
2. Be an Expert: Demonstrate knowledge of safety protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, service standards, equipment operation, TPMS, product specifications, and seasonality. Use POS systems and selling techniques effectively.
3. Be a Techie: Leverage digital tools to plan and drive sales, improve service, and enhance engagement, using handheld technology for immediate business decisions.
4. Be an Owner: Communicate needs for equipment, tools, and supplies; track returns and special orders; operate cash registers; maintain inventory and safety standards; report issues; and assist members with purchasing decisions.
5. Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote the brand, develop others, and foster a respectful, supportive, team-oriented environment. Comply with policies and support continuous improvement.
