Position Summary
As a Tire & Battery Center Technician, you will work to provide safe and efficient service in both the sales and service areas of the department, delivering more of what members love, for less. You will collaborate with other associates to ensure the club meets members' expectations.
What you'll do
- Be a Team Member: Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests, educate others on tools, tasks, resources, mentor new technicians, and develop interpersonal skills for providing safe and efficient customer service.
- Be an Expert: Demonstrate knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, service standards, equipment operations, TPMS, product specifications, seasonality, POS systems, and sales techniques.
- Be a Techie: Use digital tools to plan and drive sales, improve service, and elevate engagement, utilizing handheld technology for immediate business decisions and training others.
- Be an Owner: Manage needs for equipment, tools, supplies, track returns, operate cash registers, maintain inventory, ensure safety and compliance, report issues, and assist members with purchasing decisions.
- Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote high-quality service, develop others, respect diversity, and foster a supportive team environment, while adhering to company policies and ethics.

Minimum Qualifications
- Valid state-issued driver's license.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Successfully complete all required trainings and assessments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the auto service industry or retail experience.
