Job summary

Sam's Club in Evans, CO is seeking a Tire and Battery Center Associate to assist members with tire installation services, maintain safety standards, and merchandise the TBC area.

You will greet members, advise on products and warranties, schedule appointments, and operate POS while upholding Sam's Club policies. Prior retail and automotive service experience is preferred; valid driver's license required.

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Auto service industry experience and retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Tire and Battery Center safety and standards on the sales floor and back‑shop areas.
• Assist members with tire installations, maintenance, and service scheduling; communicate lead times and changes.
• Provide expert member service, advise on products and warranties, and upsell services.
• Operate point-of-sale and handle purchases, returns, refunds, and exchanges per policy.
• Merchandise and present displays, signage, pricing, and keep fragile and high‑shShrink items secured.
