Job summary

Sam's Club is seeking a Tire and Battery Center associate to maintain safety standards, stock and merchandise TBC areas, and assist members with installation appointments. You will use Sam’s Garage knowledge to recommend products, explain warranties, and drive sales while ensuring high-quality service across the club.

You will triage service workflows, prioritize TBC appointments, and collaborate with Technicians and Team Leads to meet member needs.

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and standards on the floor and in service bays.
• Provide expert member service and help with purchases and services.
• Assist with tire and battery orders, appointments, and installations.
• Operate POS, process payments, returns, and exchanges.
• Follow safety, ethics and integrity policies.
