Job summary

Sam's West is seeking a customer-focused associate to support tire and battery center operations and member service at our Evans, CO location. You will help with purchases, service scheduling, and product demonstrations while maintaining safety and merchandising standards.

In this role you will use Sam’s Garage knowledge and POS systems to assist members, explain warranties, and ensure value and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Reliable customer service skills and ability to upsell products.
• Experience in retail or auto service environments preferred.
• Ability to handle safety policies and operate POS equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety standards on the sales floor and service bays.
• Assist members with tire and battery purchases and service scheduling.
• Prepare displays, pricing, and inventory in the Tire and Battery Center.
• Provide accurate product recommendations and explain warranties.
• Process member purchases, returns, and payments using the POS system.
