Job summary

Sam's Club in Loveland, CO is seeking a Customer Service oriented associate for the Tire and Battery Center (TBC). You will greet members, assist with purchases and services, and help maintain safe, organized product displays with accurate pricing.

You’ll coordinate installation appointments, explain warranties, and recommend appropriate tire and battery products to deliver value. As a Walmart subsidiary, this role requires a valid driver’s license and age 18+.

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous member service and assist with purchases and services.
• Maintain Tire and Battery Center (TBC) floor safety, organization, and displays.
• Assist with tire installation scheduling and service appointments.
• Explain warranties and recommend suitable tire and battery products.
• Process member transactions and handle returns, exchanges, and payments.
