Job summary

Sam's Club in Loveland, CO is seeking a Tire & Battery Center associate to ensure safety, merchandised displays and smooth service flow. You will greet members, recommend suitable tire and battery products, and assist with installations and maintenance.

You will handle inquiries, process transactions, and collaborate with the team to meet member needs while following company policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety standards and report unsafe conditions.
• Keep Tire & Battery Center merchandised and stocked; handle claims, returns and shrink.
• Set up displays, price items and sign merchandise, protect fragile/high-shrink stock.
• Assist with tire/battery orders and installation scheduling; communicate lead times and cancellations.
• Provide expert member service, recommend products using Sam's Garage and explain warranties.
• Advise on services and promote TBC offerings to members.
• Prioritize service workflow and optimize appointment scheduling in TBC bays.
• Follow safety/compliance protocols, TPMS, POS and product specs.
• Use handheld devices to plan sales, improve service and train teammates.
• Be a brand advocate; train others, remove roadblocks and uphold company values.
• Process purchases, returns and payments accurately; complete service requests and tests.
