Job summary

Sam's Club Evans, CO is seeking an associate for the Tire and Battery Center to assist members with tire installation, service decisions, and product recommendations. The role emphasizes safety, accurate merchandising, and strong customer engagement in a fast-paced club environment.

You will help maintain displays, manage tire/battery orders, and support service workflows while upholding company policies and driving service excellence for members.

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Auto service industry experience preferred.
• Retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and standards on the facility and sales floor by following safety policies and forklift/hazardous material handling requirements.
• Stock, organize, sign, and price tire and battery merchandise and manage damaged items according to policy.
• Assist members with tire installation appointments, monitoring lead times and offering alternative options when needed.
• Provide expert member service by greeting customers, identifying needs, recommending products, and explaining warranties.
• Drive sales and promote Tire & Battery Center offerings by collaborating with club associates to raise awareness and value.
