Job summary

Sam's Club is seeking a Tire & Battery Center Associate to maintain safety standards on the sales floor and service bays, stock and merchandize merchandise, and handle claims, returns and damages in the TBC area.

You will assist members with tire and battery installation, provide expert member service using Sam’s Garage knowledge, and help prioritize service flow while maintaining upsell of TBC offerings and adherence to safety and company policies.

Qualifications

• Provides excellent member service and helps customers select tires and batteries.
• Maintains safety and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Manages inventory, shelving, pricing, and merchandising.
