Job summary

Walmart's Sam's Club Tire & Battery Center in Wichita, KS is hiring a full-time associate to keep the TBC area safe, organized and well merchandised, assisting members with tire installation, maintenance and service decisions.

You will greet members, use Sam’s Garage and POS systems, and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service. A valid driver’s license and 18+ age are required; auto service or retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Preferred: Auto service industry or retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintains safety and standards on the facility and sales floor.
• Keeps Tire & Battery Center organized, stocked, and merchandised.
• Assists members with tire maintenance and installation appointments.
• Provides expert member service and product recommendations.
• Operates POS and processes payments, returns, and exchanges.
• Promotes Tire & Battery Center services and cross-sells to members.
