• Be a Team Member collaborating with team to fulfill sales and service requests and mentor new technicians.
• Be an Expert demonstrating knowledge of safety, compliance, tire and battery guidelines, service standards, and POS systems.
• Be a Techie leveraging digital tools to plan for and drive sales and improve the service experience using handheld tech.
• Be an Owner communicating needs, tracking returns, operating cash registers, maintaining inventory and safety standards, and assisting members with purchases.
• Be a Talent Ambassador promoting excellent service and training team members.
