Job summary

Sam's Club Fort Wayne Tire & Battery Center is hiring a full-time associate to keep the service area safe, organized, and welcoming for members. You will assist with tire and battery installations, advise on warranties, and help members choose the right products.

You’ll use Sam’s Garage and POS systems, schedule appointments, handle purchases, returns, and orders, and collaborate with the TBC team to deliver fast, accurate service while upholding Walmart's safety standards.

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and standards on the sales floor and TBC areas.
• Assist members with tire and battery purchases and services.
• Provide expert member service and product recommendations.
• Operate POS and handle payments, returns, and exchanges.
