Job summary

Sam’s Club in Columbia, MO is seeking a Tire & Battery Center associate to ensure safety and merchandising standards, stock displays, and assist members with tire services and installations.

You will apply Sam’s Garage knowledge to recommend the best tire/battery options, manage lead times, and prioritize service requests while delivering a high level of member service and maintaining Walmart safety policies.

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintains facility and sales floor safety and standards by adhering to safety policies and procedures.
• Keeps Tire and Battery Center (TBC) sales floor organized, stocked, zoned, and merchandised per policy.
• Assists members with tire maintenance and installation services and explains warranties.
• Uses Sam’s Garage and product knowledge to recommend suitable tire and battery products and services.
• Drives sales and service excellence by communicating value of merchandise and services to members.
• Triages service workflow and prioritizes TBC appointments to maximize efficiency.
• Operates POS systems and handles payments, returns, and exchanges per policy.
