Job summary

Walmart Sam’s Club in Garland, TX is hiring for a Tire & Battery Center Associate. You will assist members with tire and battery services, stock and organize displays, and prioritize service in the TBC bays.

Training on Sam’s Garage tools is provided to help you recommend safe and suitable products. You will ensure safety standards, process purchases, explain warranties, and deliver friendly, knowledgeable service to members.

Responsibilities

• Maintains facility and sales floor safety by following safety policies and procedures.
• Keeps Tire and Battery Center (TBC) area organized, stocked, zoned, and merchandised, handling claims and returns.
• Assists members with tire maintenance, installation scheduling, and service decisions.
• Provides expert member service by greeting members, identifying needs, and explaining warranties.
• Promotes TBC offerings and drives sales and service excellence through collaboration.
• Triages service workflow in TBC bays to maximize efficiency and meet service needs.
• Operates POS and processes payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges per policies.
• Demonstrates safety, compliance, and product knowledge related to tires, batteries, and TPM systems.
