Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and standards on the TBC sales floor by following policies.
• Stock, zone, and merchandise displays according to policy.
• Assist members with tire installations and scheduling appointments.
• Provide product recommendations, explain warranties, and resolve concerns.
• Drive sales by communicating value of merchandise and services.
• Prioritize service workflow and coordinate with leads/technicians.
• Operate POS, handle payments, returns and exchanges per procedures.
