Job summary

Sam's Club in Grand Junction, CO is seeking a Tire & Battery Center team member to assist members with tire installations, service appointments, and product recommendations. You will maintain safety standards, stock displays, and use Sam’s Garage knowledge to guide purchases and explain warranties.

Responsibilities include prioritizing service workflows, handling purchases and returns at the POS, and delivering friendly, high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Must have valid state-issued driver's license.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Experience in auto service or retail is a plus.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintains tire and battery department safety and standards, handling safety procedures and reporting hazards.
• Stock, display, and merchandise tires and batteries, including pricing and handling damaged items.
• Assist members with tire installations, maintenance, and service appointments, and communicate lead times and changes.
• Provide expert member service by understanding needs, recommending products, and explaining warranties.
