Job summary

Sam's Club is seeking a diligent Tire and Battery Center Associate to assist members with tire and battery needs, manage installations, and ensure safety on the sales floor. You will leverage Sam's Garage and product knowledge to recommend appropriate products, while maintaining displays, signing, pricing, and handling claims.

• Excellent member service and sales skills.
• Knowledge of tire/battery products and warranties.
• Familiarity with safety policies and compliance guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and standards on the sales floor and in service bays.
• Assist members with tire and battery purchases, installations, and services.
• Stock, display, sign, and price merchandise per policy; handle claims and returns properly.
• Triages service workflow to maximize efficiency and communicate lead times and changes.
• Provide expert service using product knowledge and reference materials to recommend suitable products.
