Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Retail experience in auto service preferred.
• Customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and standards on the facility and sales floor.
• Assist members with tire and battery purchases and service decisions.
• Provide expert member service and recommendations.
• Drive sales and service excellence in the Tire and Battery Center.
• Triages and prioritizes service workflow in TBC bays.
• Operate Point-of-Sale and handle payments and exchanges.
