Job summary

Sam's Club is seeking a Tire & Battery Center team member at our Loveland, CO location. You will assist members with tire and battery services, manage service appointments, and advise on product warranties.

You will also ensure safety standards are followed and help maintain attractive, organized displays. You will use Sam’s Garage and POS systems to support sales, process transactions, and coordinate with the TBC team.

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintains safety and standards on the sales floor and in the Tire and Battery Center following safety policies and procedures.
• Organizes and merchandises tires and batteries, handles claims and returns, and ensures displays are clean and properly signed.
• Assists members with tire and service appointments, explains warranties, and recommends appropriate tire and battery products.
• Drives sales and service by communicating value and training team members on service protocols.
• Prioritizes service workflow in bays and uses Sam’s Garage to identify waiting members and allocate time efficiently.
• Operates POS equipment, processes purchases, returns, and exchanges per policies.
