Job summary

Sam's Club is seeking a customer-focused team member to support Tire & Battery Center operations on-site in the United States. You will help maintain safety standards, assist with tire and battery services, and ensure merchandise is well-presented on the floor.

You will greet members, assess needs, and aid in purchases and service decisions, while handling payments and returns in a professional manner. This role emphasizes teamwork and superior member service.

Qualifications

• Must have valid state-issued driver's license.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Retail or auto service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety on the sales floor and in the Tire & Battery Center.
• Assist with tire and battery services and installation scheduling.
• Greet members, identify needs, and guide purchasing decisions.
• Process purchases, returns, refunds, and exchanges per policy.
